Q: How do I receive my digital membership card?
To receive your digital membership card, you must have an active membership with the Albuquerque Museum Foundation. After your membership is processed, you’ll get an email from alerts@museumanywhere.com with the subject line:
“Download your Albuquerque Museum Foundation Digital Membership Card.”
Q: What if I didn’t receive my digital card?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us at info@albuquerquemuseumfoundation.org, and we’ll resend it.
Q: How do I download my digital membership card?
There are two ways to download your card:
1. Via E-mail
Click the link inside the email that says: Download your Digital Membership Card to access and download your card directly.
2. The eMembership Card App
Download the app from your device’s app store:

2. Google Play Store
After installing, open the app and enter your membership information to download your card.

Q: Can I still use a physical membership card?
Yes! Physical cards are still available and accepted. To get a physical card, visit the Museum Store when you renew or sign up. You’ll receive your card immediately — no waiting or mailing necessary.
Q: Will my card have a NARM sticker?
Yes! If your membership level includes NARM benefits, your digital or physical card will display the NARM sticker.
Q: Do I need an active membership to receive a digital card?
Yes, your membership must be active for a digital card to be generated and sent to you. Inactive or expired memberships will not receive a digital card.
Q: What happens when my digital card expires?
Once your membership expires, your digital membership card will automatically move to the Expired Cards section of your digital wallet or the eMembership Card app. You can easily renew your membership here!
